A key advocate for the local schools, Jason Brown shares his success in business with the youth of today. With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage business Jason created a nonprofit, SaveCASchools.org, which focuses on donating money to schools to help them better assist students in San Ramon Valley. A portion of every commission is deposited into an account that will be given to a local school. Jason is a big believer in community and giving back. His biggest driving force to succeed is the difference he can make to so many young lives.
Anna Kussmaul
Team Leader
Anna is our team leader and has close to twenty years of industry experience. Her responsibilities include taking complete ownership of a file from the time of origination, all the way through closing. She is versed in all aspects of lending, including the technology end. Anna lives in Concord with her husband and three children.
Julie King
Senior Loan Processor
Julie is a senior loan processor with over 25 years of industry experience. Julie is extremely meticulous and takes great pride in her work. Her responsibilities include submitting loan files to our lending partners, and taking the file all the way to closing. She lives in Danville, California, with her husband and her son.
Heather Gurley
Loan Processor
Heather is an experienced loan processor and has close to 20 years of experience. She is highly focused on delivering the best consumer experience to our clients. Her duties include processing loans and ensuring that all purchase and refinance transactions close in a timely manner. She lives in Tracy, with her husband and two children.
Nikki Stansfield
Nikki is a recent graduate of University of Southern and new to our team. Nikki’s responsibilities include file set up, assisting the processing team in gathering paperwork to complete the file, and assist in fulfilling lender conditions. Nikki lives in Alamo California.
Jane Wenden
Marketing Department
Jane heads our marketing department and manages all of our social media content. Her duties also include interacting with all parties in the transaction, including but not limited to borrowers, realtors, insurance agents and appraisers. Jane lives in Danville California.
